The Chief Executive Officer and founder of Olufunmilayo Foundation, Engr. Philip Oluwaseun Ojo, popularly known as Chairman, has described his mother as an epitome of charity following her philanthropic adventure as a born-again Christian during her sojourn in life.
This was disclosed while charging beneficiaries of the foundation’s charitable works online that the world remains a beautiful place if we can rise by lifting others in all our daily endeavours.
Equally speaking, the Director of Media and Logistics, Abiodun Ojo of the foundation, said the foundation remains committed to the weak, oppressed and poor to uphold Mummy’s giving spirit and numerous charitable works.
He said, “The foundation clocks three years of existence as this marks the third year of Deaconess Olufunmilayo Ojo’s exit from this sinful world. We are committed to emancipating people with the little resources we have.
“Our mummy gives so much that the children started being jealous of strangers or outsiders around her at any given time. We intend to please her soul by blessing others, and it is strictly about her spirit of giving. She dedicated most of her savings to people in need without wanting anything in return.
“The first fruit of her womb, known as Chairman, has embarked on this journey on a larger scale by extending our mummy’s goodwill to the general public. This is a call to duty as far as we are concerned, and it is important to note that we stopped because of the country’s political atmosphere. We have no political or religious undertone but strictly for humanity”.
