Eminent Nigerians, including traditional rulers, captains of industries, and academia, including the crème de la crème of society, will converge on the ancient city of Ado Ekiti on November 17 and 18, 2023, to celebrate the much anticipated holy matrimony between Oluwakemi and Owokunle.
At the event, which promises to dominate the gist in the Ekiti social circle for a long time, the families of Late Apostle Michael Owodunni, Evangelist Mojisola Olubamiro (JP), and Elder and Mrs Matthew Omotoso will sign the legal documents sealing the matrimonial bliss for Rachel Oluwakemi and Owokunle Oluwafemi.
According to Helen and Owonimojisi, the event will kick off with an engagement ceremony on Friday, November 17, 2023, at the YGL Event & Conference Centre, Novel Filling Station, Dayo Fajuru Road, Oke Ila, Ado Ekiti. The dress code for the bride is orange and white, while for the groom it is blue and white.
On Saturday, November 18, 2023, the holy matrimony takes place at The Gospel Faith Mission International Miracle Assembly, off Housing Road, Oke Ila, Ado Ekiti, which will be followed by a reception at Demlek Multipurpose Hall and Event Centre, behind Five O’S Filling Station, off Afao Road, Oke IIa, Ado Ekiti. The colour code is emerald green and champagne gold.
Meanwhile, the popular comedian and master of ceremonies, Oba Obana, will be on stage to compere the event, and Muyiwa Melody will sing for the guests to dance away their sorrows.
