The Black Women Empowered Business Directory is a revolutionary initiative that honours the achievements of black women entrepreneurs and fosters economic empowerment in the community. Dr. Jacqueline King, the founder and CEO of Black Women Empowered, is thrilled to announce its launch.
The Black Women Empowered brand currently has 2 million Facebook followers, nearly 80,000 Instagram followers, and 268,000 LinkedIn followers. And today, the new directory has opened as a complete platform for promoting and supporting black women-owned businesses. This project is inspired by Dr. King’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and his appreciation of the outstanding contributions that Black women entrepreneurs make to business.
Black women entrepreneurs who want to be featured in the directory can submit their information at BlackWomenEmpoweredDirectory.com. (The submission process is straightforward and available to firms from many industries!)
Dr. King comments, “We are incredibly excited to launch the Black Women Empowered Business Directory. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to diversity and empowerment. By providing a platform that amplifies the voices and businesses of Black women entrepreneurs, we hope to contribute to a more inclusive and thriving business community.”
She and her Black Women Empowered movement have been featured in Ebony, Essence, Sheen Magazine, Fox59 in Indianapolis, Wish8 in Indianapolis, and many other publications and news outlets.
She comments, “The launch of our new Business Directory aligns with our broader commitment to fostering diversity, equality, and empowerment in the business landscape.”
