The festive spirit in Ibadan soared on Christmas Eve as Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide, a lawmaker representing the Ibadan South-West/Ibadan North-West federal constituency of Oyo State, left a remarkable impact on the lives of the entire 25 contestants at the grand finale of the Miss Oyo 2024 beauty pageant.

It will be remembered that the event, held at Jogor Events Centre in Ibadan, celebrated youth, talent, and community impact. Amidst cheers and excitement, 19-year-old Oladimeji Mercy Esther, a student of LAUTECH, emerged as Miss Oyo 2024.

Hon. Olajide, known for his philanthropy and commitment to community development, donated millions of naira in cash support to the 25 contestants, reaffirming his belief in empowering the youth.
