The Street of Gold Foundation, in proud collaboration with MICE Ghana, has officially announced the Women in MICE & Golden Experience Awards 2026, scheduled to take place from 24 to 25 April 2026 at the iconic Skylight Hotel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

According to Majesty R. Panford, CEO, Women in MICE & Street of Gold Foundation, this landmark event themed “Celebrating Excellence, Igniting Global Impact in MICE,” wil convene industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, and passionate professionals from across Africa and the global MICE community.

“The 2026 edition promises to be a defining moment in recognizing excellence, driving collaboration, and amplifying the voices shaping the future of the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry.”

Honouring Women Shaping the MICE Industry

At the heart of the celebration are the Women in MICE Awards, which will honour outstanding women whose leadership, innovation, resilience, and commitment continue to transform and elevate the MICE landscape. These awards spotlight trailblazers who are not only achieving excellence in their fields but also opening doors for the next generation of women professionals across Africa and beyond.

Recognising Excellence Beyond MICE: Golden Experience Awards

Complementing the Women in MICE Awards are the Golden Experience Awards, designed to recognize distinguished individuals and organisations demonstrating exceptional impact, innovation, and service across the broader events, tourism, hospitality, and community development sectors. These honourees represent the gold standard of excellence—those whose work creates meaningful experiences, inspires progress, and delivers lasting value to society.
