President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Professor Kobby Mensah as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Tourism Development Company Limited (GTDC).
Professor Mensah is an Associate Professor at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and a distinguished expert in tourism marketing.
He is expected to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to this pivotal role.
Prof. Mensah’s appointment is crucial as Ghana seeks to position itself as a leading tourism destination in Africa.
His successful initiatives mark his long-standing involvement in promoting tourism within the country, most notably the Destination Legon Tourism Marketing Exhibition.
