Dr. Fatimah Obadaki has been sworn in as the Chairperson of the Abuja Chapter of the Institute for Tourism Professionals of Nigeria (ITPN).
REPORTERS AT LARGE recalls that last year in December, Dr Fatimah Obadaki was nominated to lead the Federal Capital Territory Chapter’s interim committee of the ITPN following the dissolution of the previous Executive Committee (EXCO). The decision was made during a recent meeting presided over by the National President, Chief Abiodun Odusanwo.
The Obadaki-led interim committee has now transmitted the dues for its meritorious services to the full-fledged executive members of the Institute, while additional team members have been added.
Her appointment aims to boost the chapter’s activities further.
As a Fellow of the Institute for Tourism Professionals of Nigeria (FITPN), Dr. Obadaki is well-positioned to lead the chapter’s efforts in promoting tourism development in the Federal Capital Territory.
The ITPN plays a crucial role in shaping the tourism industry in Nigeria, and Sule’s appointment is expected to bring new momentum to the Abuja chapter.
With her expertise and leadership, the chapter is likely to focus on initiatives that support tourism growth, professional development, and community engagement.
