Contrary to the rumour doing the rounds that the popular cleric and former General Evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church of Christ (CAC), Prophet Samuel Kayode Abiara, is dead, the cleric has debunked the news and stated categorically that the news was not true, adding that he is healthy and alive.
Nigerian Tribune reports that the unconfirmed rumour of a notable cleric, who is also the founder of the Christ Apostolic Church of Christ (CAC), Agbala Itura worldwide, had caused panic on the social media and among members of the church as well as the body of Christ.
Abiara stated on Monday afternoon that he was fine and sound, urging the public to disregard the rumour.
“I am fine and I am the one speaking to you. Nothing is wrong with me. I am perfectly okay, and I am currently in Lagos,” he added.
