The Chief Executive Officer of Ace Mall and Supermarket, Adeyinka Afouja, has assured the people of Oke-Ogun that the brand would continue to give the best in rendering first-class rated services to customers and lubricating the hospitality sector of the town to the world standard as a bid to contribute to the economic growth and development of Oyo State.

On October 6, 2023, the brand officially opened its new outlet in the Iseyin area of Oke-Ogun. During the event, he pledged that the brand aims to change and redefine hospitality narratives to enhance tourism potential.

He said, “The shopping lifestyle in Iseyin was not a mainstream type, and such has to change. A big town like Iseyin needs access to modern trade, entertainment, leisure and relaxation. The great and classy Iseyin people need ultramodern facilities to be regarded as one of the urban centres in Oyo State. The opening up of the road to Iseyin, the gateway to Oke-Ogun, from all directions by Governor Seyi Makinde has ignited the tourism traffic of the town.

“As this town is well-known for fashion tourism, its popularity is based on the Aso Ofi, and the recent opening of Iseyin Campus for the state-owned Ladoke Akintola University has mapped out the town for educational tourism. Ace Mall has come to serve and reshape the hospitality sector, which is the main focus of the management.

“This is a standard hospitality centre to refresh as we offer services like first-class rated supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, Bakery, arcades and games, kiddies amusement parks, travel agencies, cinemas, bars and lounges. A close observation about our brand is the ability to do it first.

“I am thrilled that Ace Mall is redefining the narratives of hospitality in Nigeria, and in return, our tourism sector is hopeful of striving at its fullest. At the launching of our Oyo branch, the late Alaafin Lamidi Adeyemi iii confirmed that day as his happiest because that was the first of its kind. In Abeokuta and Osogbo, respectively, we changed the narratives of hospitality with our unparalleled tourism initiative to strive for locations that were least expected. This location is strategic to serve the entire Oke-Ogun.
