Bashorun Akinwale Akinwole, Chairman of the Oyo State Local Government Service Commission (LGSC), has commended Dr. Debo Akande, Director-General of the Oyo State Agribusiness Development Agency (OYSADA), for his exceptional contributions to Governor Seyi Makinde’s vision for transforming the state’s agricultural sector.
Akinwole made the commendation during his address at the Oyo State International Agribusiness Summit 2025, held at the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA) in Ibadan. The summit, themed “Expanding Oyo State’s Economy through Agricultural Industrialisation,” brought together key stakeholders, investors, development partners, and policymakers to discuss the future of agribusiness in the state.
The LGSC Chairman highlighted Dr. Akande’s consistent demonstration of leadership and innovation in repositioning agriculture as a major driver of economic growth and youth empowerment.
