The founder of TZAR Foundation, Mr Rasaq Temitayo Zubair, has congratulated Nigerians at home and abroad for witnessing this year’s Democracy Day on June 12, 2022.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Director of Media and Publicity of the foundation, Mr Abiodun Olofe, and made available to journalists in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
Mr Temitayo charged Nigerians, especially people in positions of authority, to reflect on the efforts of the founding fathers as we mark another Democracy Day and ensure that the dreams of our heroes past were realised.
TZAR, as fondly called by his teeming admirers, said that no meaningful development can take place in an acrimonious environment. He noted that all hands must be on deck to ensure that Nigeria remains a united, secure, peaceful, and indivisible entity.
While appreciating the fact that Nigerians are faced with leadership challenges, among other challenges, he expressed hope that very soon Nigerians, especially the less privileged, would soon enjoy a full package of dividends of democracy in a real democratic society.
The Ado-Ekiti-born Marketing Communications Consultant prays for the peaceful conduct of the Ekiti State gubernatorial election slated for 18th June 2022.
