FATE dealt a fatal blow on the newly elected Vice Chairman of Irepodun Local Government Area of Oyo State, Mr. Adeyemo Ojedele, who died in an auto crash shortly after being sworn in by the Chief Justice of Oyo State, Justice Munta Abimbola.
Ojedele, who was travelling in his car reportedly died with his friend.
Two other people were said to have sustained serious injuries.
Vanguard reports that the accident occured at Adafila village on Ogbomoso-Igbeti road in the Oke Ogun area of the state, adding that one Mr. Phillip Adelaja in a telephone interview, said the driver lost control of the car and veered off the road and in the process somersaulted.
He said the deceased would be buried today at First Baptist Church, Kisi in Oke Ogun area of the state.
