Honourable Adebayo Oluwafemi Fowokanmi, a member of Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan South-West constituency 2, congratulates Muslims for the successful completion of the Ramadan fast.
Fowowkanmi in his congratulatory message urges Muslims to continue to abide in the spirit of Ramadan, and to remain prayerful for peace to triumph over the forces of evil and for peace to reign all over Oyo State and Nigeria at large.
The Lawmaker particularly appealed to Muslims in the state to ignore divisive tendencies capable of drawing back the administration’s wheel of progress, growth and development, engineered by His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde in the state.
According to him, “The true essence of Ramadan and the pure teachings of Prophet Muhammed centre on the need to champion the course of humanity, and to show respect to mankind in a bid to live in unity, love and peace.”
“I urge our Muslim brothers and sisters in pure hearts and sincerity to continue supporting the present administration in their prayers and supplications, especially for our amiable principal, Governor Seyi Makinde and other leaders in the administration of the state.
