Justice Lokulo-Sodipe, a justice of the Court of Appeal sitting in Akure, the capital of Ondo State, is dead.
The justice was said to have slumped in his office on Monday, dressed up to attend a court session.
All attempts to revive him were unsuccessful, as he reportedly passed away on the way to the hospital.
He died at the age of 67.
