Ogundele, Ogundare Installed District Chairman, Leader Of Liberty District Headquarters

Prominent dignitaries, socialites and cream de la cream of the society across the country stormed the Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church (CSMC), Liberty district headquarters, Ibadan, for the official installation of Senior Special Apostle James Ayanda Ogundele and Special Apostle (Dr) Jonathan Adeniyi Ogundare, as the Liberty District Chairman and Leader of District Headquarters respectively.

The service started with the vestry prayer followed by the processional hymn and praise and worship session anchored by the CSMC district choir.

The dignitaries and special guests who graced the occasion were then recognized by the Secretary, district headquarters, Special Apostle/Evangelist John Adeyemi.

The sermon for the day was anchored by Most Senior Apostle Pastor Collins Awosika who centred his message on Living a Godly life.

Talking about being a good example in the church and the society at large, he cited a verse in the bible (2 Timothy 2:15) while highlighting the importance of being a good worker in front of God Almighty.

He congratulated the newly appointed leaders and urged them to lay down a Godly foundation for others to follow, praying for God’s Grace, strength, wisdom, good health and long life for them so that they can carry out their duties effectively in their respective offices.

Pastor Awosika then rounded off the sermon by urging the congregation to live a Godly life and be good examples in society and the world at large.

The event proceeded with the thanksgiving session to celebrate God in the lives of the newly appointed leaders and felicitate with them.

The citation of the newly appointed district chairman, Senior Special Apostle James Ayanda Ogundele, was then read by the secretary, district headquarters, Special Apostle/ Evangelist John Adeyemi while the new chairman took the oath of office and declared the new district chairman in front of the whole congregation by the representative of His Grace, Most Rev’d (Dr.) Samuel Adefila Abidoye, Senior Special Apostle Engr. Prof. Odinma.

The newly appointed chairman then carried out his first official assignment by installing the new leader of the district headquarters as they both then ascended their seat of power with their staff of office.

Presentations of gifts by various groups (Ifeloju Love Dance Band, Central Mary Group, to the newly appointed leaders also followed.

There was more as Senior Special Apostles and Special Apostles were also ordained.

The vote of thanks was then given by the Chairman Installation Committee, Special Apostle Isaac Kayode Ajisafe, who thanked everyone who graced the event and prayed for a safe journey back to their respective destinations.
