Lincoln Amos, the Managing Director and CEO of Lincoln City Property, has reaffirmed his organisation’s dedication to pursuing home ownership for all Nigerians with passion.

Speaking at the Physical launch of Celebrity Haven, Isawo, Ikorodu, recently, August 06, Amos posited that the #2.2 million housing deficit will be addressed both professionally and locally.

“We aim to reduce the housing deficit in Nigeria, not only in Lagos State to the minimum, and this we shall approach both professionally and locally. Professionally, by making available affordable estates with flexible and convenient payment plans for all, where everyone, irrespective of income or class, can find succour, and locally by ensuring that we have a stake in almost all the local governments in Nigeria, without leaving out any,” said Amos while speaking at the launch recently.

When asked how this shall see the light of the day, “We have something that suits the pocket/purse of everyone,” Amos maintained. He added by saying, “Our one-year flexible payment plan got this covered. As a potential client, you just need to deposit and spread your balance over 12 months with no hidden fees.

Of interest is the knowledge that Celebrity Haven is an estate of taste and ambience systematically placed in the heart of Isawo, Ikorodu, Lagos, sitting over the expanse of land to accommodate an all-inclusive estate as it houses not only residential apartments but commercial and resort properties as well.
