Ilupeju Youth Development Association Elects Law Ibitoye As National President

THEĀ Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on Tuesday, arraigned a former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani Kayode, before a Federal High Court in Lagos.

Fani-Kayode, is being charged along with a former minister of finance, Nenadi Usman; Danjuma Yusuf, and a company, Joint Trust Dimension Nigeria Limited.

He was arraigned by the EFCC on a 17-count charge bordering on conspiracy, stealing, corruption and making cash payments exceeding the amount authorized by law.

Fani Kayode’s arraignment had been postponed twice before he was finally arraigned before the court where he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
