A US-trained fertility specialist, Princess Seyi Oyewale, has issued an emotional plea to women to prioritise their women’s health and wellness and flee toxic relationships. Speaking from years of personal trauma, she urged women to “speak out in other to enjoy their fruits of their labour and not down the earth in the grave.”

The call to action came during the Oyo Women Digital Inclusion programme, held at the Local Government Secretariat in Agodi on 9 April 2026. Hosted by Hon. Dr Ramota Agberemi Dabo (RAD of Hope), the event aimed to equip women with AI digital skills to transform their businesses and careers.

Health as the Foundation for Success

Princess Seyi argued that physical and mental health are the bedrock of professional growth. She noted that for any woman to “dominate the digital economy and also spread her tentacles, she must have total health.”

Emphasising that health is wealth, she urged immediate medical attention for any physical symptoms. Echoing earlier remarks by Rev. Mrs Olufunke Adetuberu on leadership and time management, the Princess noted that “pain’s causes health issues if not taken care of.”

Digital Skills and Personal Growth

During an interview with REPORTERS AT LARGE, Princess Seyi praised the Governor’s Special Assistant on LG and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Dr Ramota Agberemi Dabo, for providing “Artificial intelligence and other applications trainings in a time like this.”

A Message of Empowerment

The event featured a keynote address from the First Lady, Her Excellency Engr Tamunominini Makinde, delivered by the Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni. The speech focused on new income streams available through AI.

In her closing remarks, Princess Seyi offered a stern warning against all forms of abuse. She stated, “Do not allow any pastor to humiliate you either physical or verbally, and do not allow pain’s take the best of you, in other to be able to concentrate and be the woman God has created you to be.”
