The Deputy Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Hon. Yekini Idiaye, has been impeached.
Hon Idiaye was impeached on Wednesday during a plenary session of the Assembly in Benin City.
Reporters At Large recalls that Hon Yekini Idaiye and four other lawmakers on Monday pledged their support for the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, inthe September 19 gubernatorial election in the state.
