The five justices of the court in a 12-hour judgment unanimously affirmed Tinubu’s victory in the February 25, 2023, presidential election, dismissing the petitions filed against him by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Labour Party (LP) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Alli, the Senate Committee Chairman on INEC said that Tinubu’s victory at the PEPC coincided with his victory at the National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Alli salutes Tinubu’s uncommon courage and resilience in defending his mandate at the PEPC, saying the judgment vindicated his victory.

He expressed confidence that Tinubu’s victory was a testament to Nigerians’ faith in the APC and its good governance policies.

The lawmaker assured that Tinubu’s leadership qualities would continue to take the nation to greater heights.

Alli extended his goodwill messages to the Party Chairman, former Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje, National Secretary, Senator Basiru Ajibola, other APC leaders and faithful for their steadfastness and unwavering support during this process.

He prayed that God would continue to guide and strengthen the president’s leadership role in the country.

The lawmaker wished the APC and Nigeria the best as they continue to work towards a greater Nigeria.
