Senator Sharafadeen Alli has been applauded by the Agasa Community of Lanlate Town in Oyo State for the borehole project he donated to them.
The applause came in turn during the inauguration of the borehole project on Thursday in the Lanlate area of the state.
It would be recalled that the water project is the 38th of the 100 water projects the senator promised to execute within a year.
Mr Moshood Jimoh, representative of the Park Management System (PMS) of the New Garage, Agasa, appreciated the Senator’s kind gesture to the community.
He applauded the senator, praying God bless the Senator to do more.
Mr Lanre Olaosegba, the former Vice Chairman, of Ibarapa East Local Government, and Mr Segun Ojediran, the APC Chairman of Ibarapa East Local Government, appreciated Senator Alli for the initiative.
Alli, who Dr Sarafadeen Agbogun represented, said that the project aimed to alleviate the sufferings of the people in the area, especially during the dry season.
He explained that the water project would equally assist the Lanlate New Garage Motor Park and the environs.
According to him, we will execute more projects within the senatorial district before the end of my tenure.
Hon. Bayo Aderounmu, Mr. Sikiru Ogunyaju, Mr. Ademola Omileke, Hon. Adeleke Raji, former Chairman of Ibarapa East Local Government, Mr. Gbenga Abegunde, and Mr. Taiwo Dahunsi attended the project commissioning.
Others are Mr Gbemisola Ademola, Mr Moshood Lateef, Mr Ismail Olaosegba, Mr Jolaoso Shereef, Mr Sunday Gbadebo, Hon Mariam Abegunde, and Alhaji Mukaila Adewole.
