The vibrant spirit of cultural celebration is set to take center stage as the highly anticipated maiden edition of Amala and Palm Wine Festival welcomes two distinguished supporters, former Lagos State Tourism Commissioner, Pharm Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf and the CEO of Flyzone Tourism, Ayodeji Awomoyi.

Their participation adds a special touch of prestige, community leadership, and entrepreneurial energy to the event, further elevating its mission of celebrating Nigerian heritage, cuisine, and creativity.

Known for her commitment to community development, wellness advocacy, and youth empowerment as the former tourism commissioner, Pharm Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf has long championed initiatives that bring people together in meaningful and uplifting ways.

The Amala and Palm Wine Festival continues to gain momentum as one of Nigeria’s most beloved culinary and cultural gatherings.

The maiden edition promises a vibrant blend of traditional delicacies, artisanal palm wine blends, music, art showcases, and cultural displays that reflect the richness of Yoruba cuisine and heritage.

The Organiser and CEO, Black Boy Afrika, Babatunde Afolabi said “As the festival day approaches, excitement builds across communities and social circles.

Attendees can look forward to a celebration that honors tradition while embracing contemporary flair an atmosphere that perfectly aligns with the values and personalities of its distinguished supporters”.

The festival is scheduled to take place on 21 December 2025, at the Stable Event Centre, Surulere, Lagos.
