Senator Sharafadeen Alli delivered victory for his party at his polling unit in the Ibadan North Federal Constituency by-election held on Saturday.

At Polling Unit 022, Ward 3, Oke-Aremo, Senator Alli’s voting center, the All Progressives Congress (APC) polled 49 votes, while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secured 31 votes.

Alli, who participated actively in the exercise, expressed satisfaction with the peaceful conduct of the poll, commending both INEC officials and security agencies for maintaining orderliness.

The lawmaker reaffirmed his commitment to supporting APC’s victory across Oyo State, adding that the outcome of his polling unit reflected the confidence people repose in the party.
