Entirely the arraingements have been concluded to honour, Gbenga Adeyinka the 1st, Sunday Omobolanle (MON) aka Aluwe, Femi Adebayo and Lateef Adedimeji with OGO YORUBA

AWARDS at YORUBA COMEDY SHOW which has been designed to make people start the new year with laughter.

Ogo Yoruba Awards is an event, designed to unite, honor and appreciate distinguished Nigerians, who have and still doing great exploits in their chosen fields. The organizations is to promote the concept of integrity, known as OMOLUABI.

Over the years, this program has honored high profile personalities , intellectuals, technocrats, artistes, comedians, chief executives and other achievers from various areas of human endeavor with awards.

The event, which is packaged by Apreel 1 Events Management and Wale Adeoba Production on partnership with Pensioner’ 106.7 F m, Ibadan and to be supported by Annoitin Musical International.

The duo events will take place on the 10th of January, 2021.At Geeks Event Place, Falana bus stop, opposite Sao Feeling Station, Challenge, Ibadan. The Award event and comedy show will be taken place on the same day, same time at the same venue in the ancient city of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Lots of Media gurus, Celebrities, Cream de la cream of the society, and entertainment industry would gather for the launching of the Yoruba Comedy Show as well as witness the Award presentations that will be given out that day. Such as

Sunday Omobolanle (M O N) popularly known as Papi Luwe who is a Nigerian comic Actor, Playwright, Movie Director and Producer who was born on the 1st of October 1954. He has been known for he’s comic roles for over a decade now. Also, Gbenga Adeyinka
who was known as CFR (Comedian of the Federal Republic) and now known as GCON (Grand Comedian Of Nigeria) He is a multi-award winning Nigerian Actor, Comedian, Radio and TV Presenter, Writer and MC who hails from Abeokuta in Ogun State was born on the 7th of May,1968. We also have Femi Adebayo, a Nigerian Lawyer, Actor, Movie Director and Producer. He is also the Special Adviser to the Governor of Kwara State on Arts, Culture and Tourism. He was born on the 31st of December, 1978 and is married with lovely children.

He is the son of the well known veteran Actor Adebayo Salami.While Lateef Adedimeji, a Nigerian Actor and Movie Producer who was born on the 1st of February, 1986 in Lagos State but hails from Ogun State gained popularity with he’s first major role in Yewande Adekoya’s movie produced in 2013 titled “Kudo Klepto’. He has featured in over a hundred Nigerian movie since he began he’s acting career 15 years ago. He also went ahead by challenging himself by performing A stage play titled “The Prime Minister’s Son” A One man Play written by Greg Mbajiorgu which has helped him earn more respect in the entertainment industry.

The names of the four celebrities mentioned above are to be honored at the OGO YORUBA AWARDS for recognition and appreciation of their hardwork and consistency.

Lots of celebrities would be present to grace the event, dignitaries like Bolaji Amusan known as Mr Latin, Ace Comedian, Taye Currency, Ayo Ajewole also known as Woli Agba, Baba Aluwe, Elesho, Afeez Oyetoro aka Saka, Evang. Lanre Teriba,Dele Gold, Okele, Ijesha, Qdot, Dele Bravo, Femi Solar and others
